Virginia's Aurora - 2024

In May and October of 2024, the aurora borealis made a brief appearance in Virginia. This photo was taken in western Goochland County. During the shoot, the photographer met a woman who had grown up nearby and had last seen the "northern Lights" from her childhood home just a few hundred yards away in the late 1950's.
